To Do for Teachers

Materials Needed: Post-it® Super Sticky Notes 2 x 2, blank sheet of 8 1/2" X 11" paper

Materials Needed:

  • Post-it® Super Sticky Notes 2 x 2
  • blank sheet of 8 1/2" X 11" paper

Description:

I organize in 3 columns using Post-it® Notes. One column for daily, weekly, and monthly.

Instructions:

Step 1: Tape up the sheet of paper (landscape) on a file cabinet or cupboard out of the view of others.

Step 2: Make three columns vertically. From left to right label them A, B, and C. Under the A write "daily" Under the B write "weekly" Under the C write "monthly"

Step 3: When something needs to be done, write it on a Post-it Note and post it! Use color-coding to emphasize the urgent tasks.

Step 4: When something is done, throw away the Post-it Note.
