Materials Needed:

  • Post-it® Notes 1 1/2 x 2

Description:

Use Post-it Notes to keep a record of positive comments you’d like to give students.

Instructions:

Step 1: Keep a set of Post-it Notes at your desk or podium. When a student makes a great comment or does something you appreciate, write it on the Post-it Note.

Step 2: Before students leave class for the day, you can pass them out by sticking to their notebooks, folders, or other items.

Step 3: They are a great way to keep track of the positive comments you'd like to make to students but often forget by the time the lesson's over. They provide a physical reminder for students about what they did well that day.
