Description:

Students are given a Post-it® Note to use as a book mark in their reading books and workbooks. This is especially helpful in saving time!

Instructions:

Step 1: Pass out a Post-it Note to each student. They write their name on it and place it in the beginning of the story they are reading.

Step 2: Students are instructed to leave the Post-it Note in their books so they can easily find their page.

Afterwards:

Objective: Teaching students to be organized and keep track of their place in a text.

Supporting All Learners: Special education students appreciate this, since they often have a difficult time finding their page.
